At ARC Publication Services LLC, we engage in a mission of providing quality and professional services of assisting our clients in academic publishing. This Refund Policy stipulates when refunds can be taken into consideration. We urge all the clients to read the following considerations before utilizing our services.
Non-Delivery of Services
Refunds will only be done when the agreed services have not been fulfilled by ARC Publication Services LLC. We do our best to do all the given work and the refund can be made only in case of the inability of service performance despite these attempts.
Journal Rejection
When the journal rejects a manuscript, the money cannot be refunded. Journal editors and reviewers make editorial decisions on their own and ARC Publication Services LLC does not control the results of acceptance and rejection. Journal rejection is thus ineligible to a refund.
Database Inclusion and Indexing
Although it is also possible to offer advice so that authors can submit to the relevant journals, the ARC Publication Services LLC does not state the indexing in the databases, i.e. Scopus, Web of Science, PubMed, or even the others. The indexing is done by the databases alone and therefore, absence of indexing cannot be considered as a refund reason.
Client-Initiated Cancellations
In the event that a client wants a refund prior to the commencement of work, he or she may be refunded part of the money. All the administrative, processing, or consultation fees will be subtracted and the refund will be issued.
Work Already in Progress
Once the writing, editing, formatting, analysis or technical services have started, then no refund is possible. At this point of time, resources and human time has already been invested into the project.
Revisions and Corrections
ARC Publication Services LLC is determined to satisfy its clients. Any necessary changes or amendments to the scope of work that is agreed upon will be made. These changes are included in the service and they do not amount to a refund.
