1. Non-Delivery of Services

Refunds will only be considered in cases where the agreed-upon services are not delivered by ARC Publishing LLC. We take every measure to fulfill our commitments, and a refund may be granted if, despite our efforts, the service cannot be provided.

2. Journal Rejection

Refunds will not be issued in cases where a manuscript is rejected by a journal. The decision to accept or reject submissions lies solely with independent editorial boards, over which ARC Publishing LLC has no control. Therefore, rejection by a journal does not qualify for a refund.

3. Indexing in Databases

While ARC Publishing LLC strives to guide authors toward quality journals, we cannot guarantee indexing in databases such as Scopus, Web of Science, or PubMed. As indexing is entirely at the discretion of these databases, the absence of indexing cannot be considered a valid reason for a refund.

4. Client-Initiated Cancellations

If a client chooses to cancel services before any work has commenced, they may be eligible for a partial refund. In such cases, administrative and processing fees will be deducted prior to refund issuance.

5. Work in Progress

Once services such as writing, editing, or formatting have been initiated, refunds are not applicable. At this stage, time and resources have already been allocated, and the service is considered to be in progress.

6. Revisions and Corrections

ARC Publishing LLC is committed to ensuring client satisfaction. If revisions or corrections are required, they will be carried out within the agreed scope of work. These adjustments are provided as part of the service and do not constitute grounds for a refund.
